use a washing bag to protect the garment from zippers (and other mean things) being in the same washing machine
no softener
iron on low to medium temperature
dry and store lying

This garment is made of 100% cotton. That is why this garment might stretch out and change the shape while wearing it. The good news: the style will be back in shape after washing.
